HCD identified an opportunity to capitalise on a shortage of luxury apartments available to professionals in the popular South Manchester commuter town of Wilmslow.

Originally an office complex, Bollin Heights was in a highly desirable location being adjacent to Wilmslow train station, next to the A34 bypass and less than 5 minutes walk from the town centre.

The building was innovatively transformed into 24 luxurious one-and two-bedroom apartments each finished to a very high standard with contemporary style designer kitchens with Silestone work surfaces and Neff integrated appliances. The bathrooms were from Villeroy & Boch with Porcelanosa ceramic tiling and underfloor heating. Ground floor apartments benefitted from a private garden terrace.

The building offered residents secure parking and use of several communal areas including a residents’ gym, BBQ and garden area, bike store, chilled grocery store and Amazon delivery lockers.
